Thai Seafood Medley Appetizer

From Harvest of the Sea Kitchens

Ingredients:

8-10 oz of HOS Seafood Medley

1/2 lemon squeezed- juice

1 stick melted butter

I/2 onion cut into strips

1/2 yellow pepper cut strips

3/4 cup sweet chili sauce

1 can Thai coconut milk

2 tablespoons garlic minced

1/4 cup+ Asian seasoning

 

Method

1. Dump all in dish with seafood mix and bake @400 22-25 minutes.

2. Stir halfway through.

3. Serve with bread for dipping.
