Quick Ginger Garlic Seafood Stir-Fry

From Harvest of the Sea Kitchens

Ingredients:

1 bag Seafood Medley

1Tsp Veg Oil

1Tsp Fresh Ginger julienned

3 Cloves Garlic sliced thin 

2 TBS Soy Sauce

4 each Green Onions sliced

1 each Red bell Pepper medium dice 

Salt & Pepper

 

Method

1. Heat Cooking Oil in a wok over high heat, add ginger & Garlic cook until fragrant.

2. Add Seafood Medley Stir fry 3-5 minutes, Season with Soy Sauce 

3. Wrap each shrimp piece with ½ of a strip of bacon, pin with a toothpick, drop in hot oil for 90 seconds, remove and dry on paper towel, once dry add to brown sugar glaze in saucepan, coat each piece completely

4. Add sliced Green Onions & Red Pepper cook until onions are wilt. 

5. Serve
